Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. Service Fee:

A fee of SAR 15 will be charged for selecting the Cash on Delivery payment option. This fee will be added to the total order amount.

2. Order Confirmation:

* The customer will be contacted by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipment.

* If we are unable to reach the customer within 24 hours, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Commitment to Receive the Order:

* By choosing Cash on Delivery, the customer agrees to receive the order at the specified delivery time.

* If the customer refuses delivery or returns the order without a valid reason, they will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions. This record may also be noted in our system.

4. Future Restriction of Service:

Customers who repeatedly refuse to receive their orders without a valid reason may have the Cash on Delivery option disabled for future purchases.

5. Preference for Prepaid Payments:

We recommend using electronic payment methods in advance to benefit from available discounts and avoid Cash on Delivery service fees.
